Participação no 11 Congresso da Federação Mundial dos Cônsules

A Federação Mundial de Cônsules (Ficac) foi fundada em Copenhagen, em 1982, para suprir a necessidade de unir as associações consulares de todo mundo, com o objetivo de compartilhar experiências e coordenar esforços para aumentar a efetividade do trabalho consular. A Ficac também tem o objetivo de promover as relações entre os cônsules honorários e os de carreira, além de esclarecer quais são os deveres, responsabilidades, direitos e prerrogativas dos consulados honorários e de carreira ao redor do mundo.

Foi muito importante a presença da ACONBRAS - Associação dos Cônsules no Brasil durante os eventos ocorridos na Turquia. A entidade foi brilhantemente representada por seu Presidente, o Cônsul A.H. de Chile, Sr. Luis Fernando Del Vale.

Message from Professor The Hon. Arnold Foote OJ. CD. JP President of the World Federation of Consuls:

"To The Consuls of the World,
Special greetings to each and every one of you.

The beautiful and historic city of Istanbul, Turkey will be the venue of FICAC’s 11th World Congress of Consuls, and I want to take this opportunity to extend to you, on behalf of the Board of Directors of the World Federation of Consuls, a cordial invitation to attend our Congress scheduled for November 18th – 22nd, 2015.

The World Congress of Consuls 2015 will provide an excellent opportunity to develop relationships, strengthen their support networks and learn more about the many programs developed by FICAC internationally.

We have much to contribute both through our examples of service and the trade that we can promote internationally. The FICAC World Congress of Consuls 2015 will be an historic event and an opportunity that should not be missed.

I am certain that you will not only benefit from our Congress, but also enjoy the wonderful experience of a warm and friendly Istanbul welcome and the genuine hospitality of the Turkish people.
